The service

Good AI Life (goodai.life) is a directory of AI tools. Visitors can browse listings, watch demo videos, compare tools and follow links to third-party products. Creators can submit tools for review and buy paid listing or promotion plans.

We may add, change or remove features, categories and listings at any time.

Accounts

• You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure.
• You must be at least 16 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or create risk for the site or other users.

Submissions and licence

When you submit a tool, you confirm that you own it or have permission to promote it, and that the information you provide is accurate and not misleading.

You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, reproduce, format, link to, translate and promote your submission on the site and in related marketing. You keep ownership of your content.

• Do not submit illegal, infringing, deceptive, malware, adult, gambling or otherwise harmful content.
• We may edit titles, descriptions, images and categories for clarity, style or compliance.
• We may refuse, pause or remove a listing if it does not meet our review standards or these terms.

Review and placement

Every listing is reviewed by hand. Review times are targets, not guarantees. Featured and Unlimited placements are subject to availability and may be rescheduled if the site is unable to provide the placement.

We do not guarantee traffic, sales, signups, search rankings or any other commercial result.

Plans, payments and renewals

• Standard and Featured are one-time charges. Unlimited is a monthly subscription that renews automatically until canceled.
• Prices are shown in USD and may change for future purchases. Taxes may be added by Stripe Managed Payments.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. With Managed Payments, Stripe acts as merchant of record for eligible transactions.
• You can cancel Unlimited at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period unless the subscription ends earlier for another reason.

Refunds and cancellations

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Acceptable use

• Do not scrape, overload, reverse engineer or interfere with the site or its security.
• Do not submit spam, fake tools, misleading claims, excessive duplicate listings or content you do not have rights to use.
• Do not impersonate another person, business or tool.
• Do not use the site to distribute malware or to violate applicable law.

Intellectual property

The site, its design, text and original content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Tool names, logos and third-party content belong to their respective owners. You may not copy or reuse site content without permission, except for normal browsing and sharing links.

Third-party links and tools

Listings link to third-party websites and products. We do not control those products and are not responsible for their content, availability, pricing, security or privacy practices. Your use of a third-party product is between you and that provider.

Disclaimer

The site and listings are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or business opportunities. Our total liability for a claim relating to a paid plan is limited to the amount you paid us for that plan in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the site at any time. We may suspend or end access, remove listings or cancel subscriptions if you breach these terms, if required by law, or if continuing would create risk for the site or others. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

Changes

We may update these terms. The new version will be posted on this page with a new date. Continued use after the update means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator of the site, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be handled by the courts that have jurisdiction over the operator, unless mandatory consumer law gives you a different right.
